After extensive research, we have selected the "Doukala" casserole dish for you, which is made exclusively fromfireproof clayinthe traditional way. The "Doukala" tagine is a first-class casserole dish withcertified quality. The clay and glaze arefiredat1180 °C and fused together, with the glaze forming a smooth, non-porous surface that can withstand high temperatures. Both the glaze and the colors used arelead-freeandfood-safe:
