The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Great Britain, Poland, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus..

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We calculate shipping costs based on shipping weight:

The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated after entering the delivery address and displayed separately in the ordering process.

The shipping costs are €6.90.
For bulky or particularly heavy goods, shipping costs range from €19.90 to €49.90.

When sending bulky goods (forwarding) we charge as follows:
The shipping costs for freight forwarding deliveries are €49.90 up to €99.90.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate shipping costs abroad based on shipping weight:

- EUR1 (Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria) :

The shipping costs are €13.95.
For bulky or particularly heavy goods, shipping costs range from €39.90 to €149.90.


- EUR2 (UK, Poland, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain):

The shipping costs are €24.90.
For bulky or particularly heavy goods, shipping costs range from €59.90 to €169.90.


- EUR3 (Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus):

The shipping costs are €29.90.
For bulky or particularly heavy goods, shipping costs range from €69.90 to €199.90.

For deliveries to foreign islands, an island surcharge of 59,00 € added to the shipping costs. 

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 14 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
