The following conditions apply:

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate shipping costs based on shipping weight:
The actual shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart.
Shipping costs are €6.90.
For bulky goods or particularly heavy goods, shipping costs range from €19.90 to €49.90.
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we charge as follows:
The shipping costs for freight forwarding deliveries range from €49.90 to €89.90.
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
International deliveries:
The actual shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart.
When shipping bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad, we charge as follows:
EUR1 (Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria):
The shipping costs are €13.95.
For bulky goods or particularly heavy goods, the shipping costs range from €19.90 to €129.90.
EUR2 (Great Britain, Poland, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain):
-The shipping costs are €24.90.
For bulky or particularly heavy goods, shipping costs range from €44.95 to €199.90.
EUR3 (Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Czechia, Hungary, Cyprus):
Shipping costs are €19.90.
For bulky or particularly heavy goods, shipping costs range from €24.90 to €159.95.
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 3-5 days, and for international deliveries within 5-10 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you choose to pick up your order yourself, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready for collection and how you can pick them up. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
