A very old cooking method for wholesome, healthy cuisine...!
A tagine from Morocco is a clay pot with a lid that embodies a cooking technique that is thousands of years old. In Morocco, both the casserole dish and the dishes cooked in it are called tagine (pronounced tagine). Our "Terra Natur" tagine is hand-madefrom natural clay, fired without additives or glaze, and hand-painted. The "Terra Natur" tagine has a flat bottom and is therefore suitable for all types of stoves, ovens, and charcoal grills. An ideal stew pot for many dishes, it cooks very gently, preserving the flavors added and those that develop during stewing.
