As a rule, we require 1-3 business days for parcel shipping within Germany and 3-6 business days within Europe. (For freight forwarding, this may vary depending on the postal code or destination country.)

Soak your tagine in cold water overnight. Important: It must be completely submerged, and do not use any cleaning agents!

Then leave the tagine to dry completely in the air.

Lightly moisten the unglazed underside with water and thoroughly rub olive oil into the inside of the base and lid.

Then add a cup of water and a tablespoon of oil to the tagine, close it, and place it in the cold oven. Important: The oven must be cold because the tagine is sensitive to temperature fluctuations.

Slowly heat the oven to a maximum of 180°C and leave the tagine in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes.

This process strengthens your tagine and ensures that your dishes taste even better.

Now your tagine is ready to use!

Mosaic tiles made of glazed stones do not require any special care. Terracotta tiles, on the other hand, can be polished with standard beeswax. Before doing so, they can be gently cleaned with very fine sandpaper.

You can treat the iron frame of your mosaic table with clear varnish or linseed oil varnish as needed to provide optimal protection and care. The same applies to our wrought iron furniture and wrought iron chairs.

Please do not expose your henna lamps to direct sunlight or light radiation, as this may cause the colors to fade. As they are made of natural, genuine leather and dyed with natural henna, you should never clean them with water. Instead, care for them with a standard hand cream to maintain their color intensity and suppleness.

Use a transparent leather care cream to clean your leather seat cushion (pouf) and keep it supple. This will keep the natural leather of your seat cushion in top condition and maintain its beautiful appearance.
