The tajine or tagine from Morocco is a clay pot with a lid that embodies a cooking technique that is thousands of years old. The "Beldi" tajine is hand-made from natural clay, fired without additives or glaze. The "Beldi" tagine is suitable for all types of stoves, ovens, and charcoal grills. An adapter plate is required for induction hobs. An ideal casserole dish for many dishes, it cooks very gently, preserving the added flavors and those that develop during cooking.
